Week Two Hundred and Nineteen

It’s been a long time, but I wanted to post again.  Losing weight has been really hard for the past year.  I lived with a not very kind ex-boyfriend, who made it very difficult for me to put myself first, leading to a up and down yoyo.  I finally lost the boyfriend, and now it’s time for me to lose some more.  I’m on my own now though, and so there’s little excuse.  By the end of the year, I’m hoping to get down to a new low, and hopefully rock a few sexy dresses along the way.

My goals for the month of August are:

1. Go to the gym twice a week.

2. Do one nice thing for myself a day.

3. Drink at least one glass of water a day.

These might seem like stupid goals, but it’s somewhere to start.  They’re small, and I know I can stick to them.  I’ll let you know each week how I do, and hopefully I’ll have good news to bring to you.
