I’m very lazy when it comes to cooking–and I want my food at be as healthy as possible with as little effort as possible. I decided to throw some chopped zucchini into bread crumbs, baked them, and call it “zucchini sticks.” I don’t really know what I was expecting. Okay. I lied. I knew exactly what I expected: Point-free, bar-style zucchini sticks.
Result? They were terrible. They got cold really fast and tasted like bleck. If you want to make these and have them taste like bar-food, make them fried. This is not the way.
