After the breakdown of last week, I tried really hard this week to just keep it together (and move around a lot), and pulled in a 2.6 pound loss. I’m still not at my lowest, but at least this week it’s going in the right direction. The test will be whether or not I can keep it off next week. So far, though I’m only four days into it, I’m doing well. Send me your positive energy!
I signed up for the Color Run again, which I’m excited for. I’m going to begin training for it once the weather is nice enough to allow me to go outside often. Hopefully I can get back to where I was when I stopped running easily. Love and affection for this week–enjoy it before it gets cold again!
