Life has been really hard lately. My eating has been all over the place, I barely have enough time most days to shower and sleep (let along exercise) and frankly, I find myself coping by guzzling large amounts of chocolate and diet soda. It’s not good or healthy, and my weight has been showing it.
I’m not quite sure if there’s a solution to this anywhere in the near future, but I’ve been using a new product that tracks my activity and maybe this will start motivating me to do better. Please send me your love and well wishes. May next week have better news.
