Super Easy Fish and Rice

I’m the master of being a lazy cook.  Here’s a meal that takes absolutely no more effort than buying pizza.  To make the rice, I threw rice, crushed red pepper, and peas into a pot–the ratio for rice is 1 (rice): 2 (water).  However much rice you put in, double the amount of water.  While that cooked, I prepared a flounder fillet.

I placed it on a piece of aluminum foil and on top placed: Thinly sliced tomato, pine nuts, scut scallions, and chopped garlic (and some salt).  I popped that in the oven and wallah!  Fish and rice!
