Week Fifty-Five

Before I begin my weekly update, I want to welcome all my new readers to my blog (if you’re an old reader, you can skip to the bottom).  I hope you enjoy your stay.  On a regular week I try to stick to this posting schedule:

Wednesday: Random pick (Usually a toss up between a recipe, a movie review or a letter to the universe)

Sunday: Art Project

Feel free to check back every day or only on the days you’re interested in.  New posts become live shortly after midnight (unless there is a problem).  On the right side of the blog there are some helpful tools for navigating as well as a poll where you can help me decide what to read next, a counter where you can watch my editing progress and a little market where I sell my hats and earrings (I add several new hats every other week). I always appreciate feedback to what would improve my blog, so don’t hesitate to tell me your thoughts.

This week I lost 3.6, bringing my grand total to: 65.8 pounds!  Yay!

In other news, I’ve been sprinting through Battlestar Galactica (hence all the new hats) and walking across bridges.  All things considered, my week has been rather great.  I have new readers, I have a mission and best of all–for the first time in over ten years, I weigh below two hundred pounds.  If there were words for how much joy is inside me I’d use it, but for now I just have to say that I am very happy/proud/excited.

Oh, and today is spa day!  Time to go relax!
